That is exactly where our project management services come in. We are hired directly as an owner representative to make sure the project moves forward and is completed as intended.

Are you considering taking on a new renovation project but want a second set of eyes before committing? We offer Project Consultations for homeowners and fellow investors who are still in the early evaluation stage of a project. By visiting the property with you, we are able to provide input and expertise regarding areas of concern, potential value add opportunities, and advice on when to call a subject matter expert for further inspection. This is a flat fee service that can make you more confident in your decision to move forward on an acquisition or specific project.
